I am addicted to efficiency, automation, systems, and processes. I am both a creative person and analytical.
A couple of things that are blowing my mind right now that I use every day are what I'd consider my "secret weapons" but I want to share those secrets with YOU!

I was using Rev.com to transcribe interviews, podcasts, etc. Then I discovered Descript. OMG. This has changed my life. Here are a few things I use it for but there's even more to it. I'm sure I don't know all of the capabilities just yet:
- Transcription (automatically via AI. It is not perfect but very good. You can also get rid of all of the filler words like "umm", "Like", etc.
- Editing video that is dummy-proof. If you want to cut a word, phrase, sentence or paragraph from a video you just delete it in the text- that's it! It's gone. Amazing.
- Voice-over dub. I used this once so far. You read a 10-minute script and their AI creates a digital footprint of your voice. It's weird, and scary, I know... but in a speech I gave I called someone the wrong name. I called him "Ryan" but his name is "David". His last name is Ryan. So I used it to change it- if you want to see for yourself, it's here.
- You can create cool audiograms for snippets of audio and graphics like this.
This app is BLOWING my mind right now. It takes any audio/video or text file and finds via AI the best nuggets and spits out multiple social media posts that you can schedule IN THE APP and push out to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
I can't articulate what a game-changer this is. We're using it for both my core company and my teaching/podcast brand. WOWZA!
Want to know how GaryV spits out the amount of content he does? He doesn't talk about it- but they use this app!
They don't have an affiliate program yet but boy, do I wish they did. Check it out- they have a free trial. Tell them I sent you :) I interviewed their founder, Kate Bradley Chernis and her podcast episode will be out in July but I couldn't wait to tell you!
